PIXA Pickleball was founded in 2023 by Dr. Cynthia Ham, an internal medicine physician and a fitness enthusiast.

Dr. Ham discovered pickleball thanks to her husband Scott Savage, who is also a fitness enthusiast and an all around impressive athlete. He introduced her to the sport and they soon became avid players at their local pickleball club. As a physician, she also saw the benefits of pickleball for physical and mental health, and wanted to promote exercise and healthy lifestyle among her patients and the public.

She noticed that there was a lack of quality and variety in the pickleball equipment market, and decided to create her own brand that would cater to the needs and preferences of pickleball players of all levels, including some of the best Pickleball players in the world. They recruited some of the best chemists, sports engineers, and textile chemists in the industry. Together, they brought their incredible expertise and immense passion to create PIXA Pickleball, a brand that combines the latest technology and innovation with the highest standards of quality and performance.
